Sue Kelley Liner, 84, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016. She was a member of North Cleveland Church of God and was involved in the Geneva Circle at church. Sue enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Max Liner; mother and step-father, Vergia and Oliver “Hop” Painter; and father, Mark Kelley.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Karen Hopper Liner of Cleveland; two grandchildren, Asher Liner and Ariana Liner; two sisters-in-law, Faye Collins and Sue Chambers and husband, Elmer, all of Cleveland; brother-in-law, Winston Varnell; half sisters, Jeannette Rose, Faye McDonald and Rhonda Posey, all of Chattanooga; and two nephews, Brian and Jay Collins, both of Cleveland.
The funeral will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 in the chapel of Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Williams officiating. A private interment will be held on Friday at Fort Hill Cemetery.
Her family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
The family requests that memorials be made to Love Nancy (local non-profit for Alzheimer’s disease and those with special needs), 697 Blythewood Rd. SW, Cleveland TN 37311.
