Sheila Kirby Bowman

Sheila Kirby Bowman, 70, of Cleveland passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at her home. She retired after 15 years of service as a Para Legal for the Department of Children’s Services of Tennessee and was a veteran of the United States Marines. Sheila was a member of River City Parrot Heads Club. She earned her Associate’s Degree from Cleveland State.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Frances Osborne Kirby.

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Alan Mark Bowman of Cleveland; children, Susan Casper of Cleveland and Terry Casper of Ft. Collins, Colorado; grandchildren, Cody Stovall and Gabby Stovall both of Cleveland.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
