John L Maddux

John L. Maddux, 51, of Cleveland passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 at a local hospital. He was a loving father and grandfather. He enjoyed watching the Atlanta Falcons and always wanted to be the center of attention. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Branam; father, Paul "Jack" Maddux; and brother Mark A. Maddux. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Maddux; children: Amanda Broglin and husband David, Mark Maddux and wife Christan, Nathan Maddux and wife Deanna, David Jordan, and Charles Jordan; seven grandchildren; brothers, David "Jackie" Maddux and wife Lela, Paul "Nick" Maddux and wife Misti; and several nieces and nephews and many cousins. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2015 in the chapel of Fike Funeral home with Pastor Chad Maxwell officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. His family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
