Jeanette D. White, 89, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at a local hospital.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Joy-Dorcas Sunday School Class. Mrs. White was an avid golfer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy M. White; parents, Edwin J. Dornbrook and Gyda Colton Dornbrook.
Mrs. White is survived by her nieces and nephews: Jack and Gail Kile of McDonald, Sally and Charles Finnell of Cleveland, Ron Talley-Unal Boya of Boone, NC and Chris and Linda Baker of Montgomery, AL and several great and great great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Reverend Bill Griffith officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.
Her family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
