Ruth W. Frazier, 94, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2008 in a local healthcare facility.
She was a member of the Central Church of Christ. Mrs. Frazier was a L.P.N. and employed at Bradley Memorial Hospital for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne C. Frazier; sisters: Louise Smith, Agnes Stephens, and Grace Broadway and brother, Ben Derben.
She is survived by her daughter, Peggy and husband, Jim Whaley of Cleveland; grandsons: Michael Whaley and wife, Shari of Grayslake, IL, and Richard D. Whaley of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Minister Ted Gobble and Minister Roger Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Eugene McCracken, Chris Akin, Neal Powers, Mark Stephenson, Don Whaley and Charles Cartwright serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the services.
Her family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
