Allie Bess Earby, age 91, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at a local healthcare facility. She was a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church. Mrs. Earby was retired from Charleston Hosiery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Earby and parents, Jessie James Morrow and Muncie Lee McKinney Morrow; brother, R.L. Morrow; sisters: Stella Marie Morrow, Edith Gibson, Mellie Colloms and Kay Goodner.

She is survived by her son, Ralph Earby and wife Connie Earby of Cleveland; grandchildren: Dean Earby and wife, Lisa Earby of Cleveland; Leslie Earby of Decatur, GA; great granddaughter, Gabrielle Earby of Cleveland; brothers: Clifton Morrow of McDonald, John Morrow and wife, Mary Morrow, Haskel Morrow and wife, Betty Joyce Morrow all of Cleveland; sisters: Hazel Hughes of Nashville, Mae Haney and husband, Hayden Haney, Mattie Lou Cartwright and husband, Elmer Cartwright, Joyce Dantzler, Jean McDonald and husband, Charles McDonald and Betty Morrow all of Cleveland; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating. Interment will follow at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Dewayne Morrow, David Morrow, Keith Colloms, Terry Lynn Morrow, Brandon McDonald, Mike Goodner, Alan Colloms and Terry Morrow serving as pallbearers. Chris Morrow, Jonathan Morrow Jimmy Goodner, Rob Delay and Scottie McDonald will be serving as honorary pallbearers. The service will conclude with the white dove release ceremony.
