Betty Ruth Bain, 70, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2007 in a local hospital.
She was a member of Unity Church of God.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Turner N. Brewer and Ruthie Lee Moore Brewer; brothers, Gilbert N. Brewer and Roy Glenn Brewer; sisters, Mamie Clark and Margaret Brewer.
She is survived by: her husband, Willie Eugene Bain and son, Eddie Eugene Bain both of Cleveland; four sisters: Reba Nethken of Cleveland, Ann Rayburn of Charleston, Linda Randolph of Decatur and Carolyn Ferguson of Cleveland; two brothers: Jim Brewer of Sun City, AZ and David L. Brewer of Cleveland; four sisters-in-law: Rose Mason, Beatrice Brackett, Gladys Earwood, and Wanda Dickerson all of Cleveland; one brother-in-law, Billy Joe Bain also of Cleveland and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Friday, August 3, 2007 in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Davis and the Reverend Albert Ellis and the Reverend Grady Simpson officiating. Interment will follow at Cohulla Cemetery at Strawhill with a white dove release ceremony concluding the service. Bruce Randolph, Sam Rayburn, Mark Boling, Adam Ferguson, Darrell Bain and Mike Clark will be serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the funeral home.
