Donald Lawson Pirkle

Donald Lawson Pirkle, 80, of Knoxville, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 7, 2020 surrounded by his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Frances Pirkle; brothers, Vernon Mason and Victor W. Pirkle; sister, Patsy Pirkle Bunting; and sons, Anthony and Alexander Pirkle.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Finley Pirkle; daughter, Donna (David) Kimble, Cecilia Pirkle, Sara (Jeffrey) Barbra and Tracy Pirkle; son, Andrew Pirkle; sisters, Mildred Daniel of Cleveland and Marlene Montalbano of Austell, GA; brother, Doug Pirkle of Cleveland; and many grandchildren, a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
