Karen Reynolds Morgan, 72, of Charleston, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 at a local hospital. She was retired from Bendix Corporation. Karen was a member of Maple Street Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Imogene Ooten Reynolds; and sister and brother-in-law, Gayle and Gary Williamson.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, James “Jimmy” Morgan of Charleston; two daughters, Michelle (Richard) Blair of Charleston and Heather (Brent) Forshee of Cleveland; four grandchildren, Emilie Blair, Madalynn Blair, Myrandia Blair and Kinsley Forshee; sister, Terri (Michael) Berquist of Gainsville, FL; brother, the Reverend David (Debbie) Reynolds of Riceville; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be hed at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in the chapel at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Hindman officiating. Interment will follow in New Friendship Cemetery with Jason Berquist, Brian Taubel, Andrew Morgan, Randy Morris, Richard Blair and Brent Forshee serving as pallbearers.
Her family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
