Phoebe R. Stepp

Phoebe R. Stepp, 70, lifelong resident of Cleveland passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020 at her home. She was a member of Kinser Church of God and a previous member of Thompson Springs Baptist Church where she taught children’s Sunday school at both, for a combined total of about 30 years. Phoebe worked as realtor at Crye-Leike Realtors for 14 years. She enjoyed working on the family farm and was an avid gardener. She loved her Lord and family and her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Sue Sneed; brother, David Sneed; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Leslie and Ruby Stepp Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Joe Stepp of Cleveland; children, Brandon Stepp and wife, Valarie, and Theba Hamilton and husband, David all of Cleveland; grandchildren, Cheyenne Hamilton, Bryer Hamilton, Anna Jean Stepp, and Emma Jo Stepp all of Cleveland; sisters, Sherry Maples and husband Larry, Cindy McCoy and husband Mike, Jennifer Castello and husband Tom; brother, Garth Sneed and wife Jean all of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 with Pastor Guinn Green officiating. Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
