Thomas Austin Graham

Thomas Austin Graham, 16, was born July 25, 2003 in Cookeville and passed away on December 8, 2019 in Chattanooga. He always had a big heart. He was always very kind and generous to other.  He had a big love for online video gaming, 70’s and 80’s classic Rock music, and enjoyed playing the guitar and the drums.  He loved all animals especially his cat Ringo.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Don Box, grandmother Darlene Ayling, and uncle Larry Box

Survivors include his parents James and Laurie Graham of Cleveland; grandmother Sue Box of Cookeville, grandparents Dan and Katherine Graham of  Alliston Ontario Canada; aunts Juli (John) Cunningham of Knoxville and Laura Briggs of North Bay, Ontario Canada; uncles Rob (Liz­) Graham of Bradford Ontario Canada, and Don Graham of Alliston Ontario Canada; numerous cousins also survive.

The memorial service will be held on Friday, January 17th at the Walker Valley High School (Media Center) in Cleveland.  It will be open to students and teachers from 3:30 – 4:30, and then to family and friends from 4:30 – 5:30.  

Thomas was most comfortable in his favorite flannel shirt - so we encourage you to wear your favorite flannel as well.

This will be a time for us to come together and share our love, friendship, stories of Thomas and to celebrate a life that made our world a better place.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to your local animal shelter in Thomas Austin’s memory.
