William Raymond Vincent

William Raymond Vincent, 89, of Cleveland, Tennessee went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 14, 2024, with his loving family by his side.
Raymond Vincent was a Veteran who served in the United States Army, and he also retired from Seaboard Farms in Chattanooga, Tennessee after 31 years of service. He will be laid to rest with full military honors. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cleveland. Raymond loved to watch the Atlanta Braves and the Tennessee Volunteers whenever they were playing.
Raymond’s greatest love of all was Tommie Jenkins Vincent, his wife of 64 years. They had one son, Nathan R. Vincent. Raymond was a family man, and he was a loving father and a proud grandfather.
Raymond was preceded in death by his wife and best friend Tommie Jenkins Vincent, his grandparents William and Ella Graham, his parents Marion and Eula Vincent and an infant sister Gerthdean.
Raymond was survived by his son Nathan (Gina) Vincent, special granddaughters Shianne Vincent, Maria (Rik) Chaudhary, Jeannie (Michael) McGarity, and 3 great grandchildren Haven, Talon and Saylor McGarity. He is also survived by his sister Ozella Stavrianos, sister-in-law Muriel (Larry) Womac, sister-in-law Faye Jenkins, special nieces and nephews Sherry and Larry McNabb, David and Pam Earnest, Vincent (Sara) Harris, and Cindy (Seven) Paris, special family friend Raymond Adkins and many more family members and friends who will cherish their memories of him.
The funeral and viewing will be at Poole Funeral Home in Cleveland, Tennessee on Sunday, November 17, 2024, with Pastor Larry Williams and Larry McNabb officiating. Family will receive friends from 11 am until 2 pm with the funeral service directly following. Interment will follow at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers include David Earnest, Steve Earnest, Ricky Rhodes, Raymond Adkins, Rik Chaudhary and Mike Williams.
